CHRISTMAS CHOCOLATE BARK
Chocolate bark is a simple, delicious treat made by melting chocolate and spreading it out in a thin layer before sprinkling it with various toppings. These toppings can include nuts, dried fruits, seeds, crushed biscuits, or even a sprinkle of sea salt. Once set and hardened, it’s broken into irregular shards or chunks for easy snacking. It’s a versatile, no-fuss way to enjoy chocolate with a bit of texture and flavour, perfect for sharing or gifting.
My Christmas version uses a combination of snowflake pretzels, Christmas m&m’s, sugar candy snowflakes and gold silver candy sprinkles, creating a more festive style chocolate bark. i really love this recipe as a simple way to create something fun, with minimal effort, that’s honestly just really delicious as well. You can be as creative as you like, and have fun with it, playing around with flavours you like, and the result is something that looks quite high end, with professional chocolatier vibes.
